Shipping

Currently shipping within UK only. All UK orders are posted on a flat rate. Any issues please contact your local courier/postal service. Please allow 3-5 business days for deliveries.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-5 business days from the original purchase date and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow extra time for fulfilment/delivery for purchases made on new release dates. If your order has not arrived within the time frames above – please be patient and do not worry, delays can occur. Any enquiries about your order please contact us here with your order number and not through social media accounts.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost/stolen goods, postal errors or buyers providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you do not contact us through email or our contact page (not through social media accounts) within 30 days of your purchase, we cannot do anything about lost, damaged or stolen orders.

All postage prices are subject to change should there be any increases within Royal Mail postal increases.

Pre-orders/Restocks

All restocks will be produced on a pre-order basis only. Please allow an extra 2-4 weeks for the fulfilment/delivery period.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange (product must be unworn and unwashed) only for damaged or incorrect items sent through our error. Please ensure you check your order, address and size carefully before the final checkout point.

If an item has been purchased at full price and shortly after that item goes on sale, we are unable to refund at the original purchase price/order. Please do not purchase the item again at sale price as your original order will not be refunded.

We are not responsible if your order is returned/lost due to an incorrect address entered by the buyer during checkout. The buyer is responsible for covering any return costs due to any incorrect address details given. Refunds will not be issued for lost or returned items due to the incorrect address entered by the buyer. Please check your address carefully before checking out.

We do not exchange or accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, whether it for themselves or purchased on behalf of someone. If you are unsure of your size, please see the size guide above or contact us before purchasing. Please do not purchase two different sizes as we will not refund the size you want to return. Damaged garments in customers hands, we will not replace, refund or exchange. Please wash with care. Refunds will be issued within 7-14 working days, this will depend on your country and bank/payment method. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact your bank once the refund has been issued for further information.
